Pizza Republic in San Luis Obispo, CA. We are a fast-casual Italian eatery. We specialize in house-made pizzas, pastas, salads and sandwiches. We strive to use organic and local ingredients when possible. All of our pizza dough, breads, sauces, dressings and desserts are made in-house daily from scratch. We love what we do and we love our community!
