On one of those rare very hot days in Santa Barbara, our AC only lasted about an hour and the house quickly became unbearable. Jeremy was on the spot within 1 1/2 hours, diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, went to get the part, returned and completed the repair in under 15 minutes and we suddenly had a comfortable house again. The charges were reasonable for the work done. In my book, that's fabulous service! And did I also mention that Jeremy is a very nice, friendly, and hard working fellow? If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
