I put an expensive perfect condition cal king size pillow top in their super size washer and it came out literally shredded in 3 places, with pulls and multiple straight line tracks looking like it had been dragged multiple times over something sharp. We brought it to the attention of the attendant and he simply pointed to the sign that they’re not responsible for any damage. We felt inside the washer and you could physically SEE AND FEEL a sharp edge on the drum. We took pictures. We took videos. We showed the attendant and he said there was nothing there, that there was nothing sharp. You could SEE IT!! Ugh!! He called the owner and the owner told the attendant not to talk to us any more, and he turned and walked away and refused to engage with us again. DO NOT GO TO THIS LAUNDROMAT!! They do NOT care about or believe in their legal obligation of standard of care!!!
