Cutler's Artisan Spirits is a micro-distillery dedicated to producing top quality locally crafted spirits, focused in American Style Whiskeys, and other artisan spirits including Vodka, and Gin. The distillery is the result of years of hard work and research, by Owner and Head Distiller, Ian Cutler, who continues a long family history in the spirits business dating back 4 generations. The distillery is the first and only distillery in Santa Barbara, California. Located in the heart of Santa Barbara's "Funk Zone", the distillery is part of a small community of local artisans, made up of well over a dozen wineries/tasting rooms, breweries, sculptors, bars, and restaurants all within one block from the distillery.
