Initially we were going to back out of this reservation. We booked a home with them for a wedding then the Covid outbreak occurred. Paradise Retreats refused to refund us and made us use said reservation last week. Once we arrived on Thursday we were subject to signing a whole new agreement not previously seen or mentioned and were told the owners lived ??on premises??. During our stay they sent a maintenance rep to spy on us and said they were there to unclog a reported drain (silly). They then charged us $600.00 additional because our chef stayed with us one night in a 9 person stay home (their were four of us). Disappointing and dishonest.
