Serious question: there's a restaurant on New Montgomery that's using literally paper to manage orders and is getting slaughtered. They need some kind of automated ordering system that can: 1) accept orders from a website and mobile for pickup 2) attach names to an order 3) communicate that order to the kitchen 4) provide all of the normal point of sale functions like CC Processing, receipt distribution, inventory control, etc. Does anyone know of solutions to this problem? There have to be a number of options out there for addressing this issue. This cannot possibly be the way modern restaurants operate. Any clues as to where I should be looking? (please don't say Square because they don't facilitate external ordering only PoS processing. If I'm wrong feel free to correct me).
