No quality control for their "Organic Peas" purchased under their "Heart & Field" brand carried in Costco.
Less than 40% of the shells contained usable peas !
Waste of time to try and save 1 1/4 cup out of 1.5 pound bag..
No stars would be better - will not purchase from the supplier in future
