Owners, Robin and Shanny Covey have been serving delicious farm-fresh fare on the Central Coast for over 30 years. From their start in Cambria, CA, with Robin’s Restaurant, to San Luis Obispo eateries Novo Restaurant & Lounge, Luna Red, Café Fiero and now Mint+Craft, they are passionate about making high-quality innovative meals accessible to everyone.
