Company Description

Chris has been involved in the Real Estate community for over 15 years. He works in most fields of sales including single family residences to raw land and commercial to multi-unit income producing properties. He's also a property manager and manages homes and multi-units in San Luis Obispo and Los Osos. Chris took over the family business nearly 5 years ago and is proud to own and operate a small boutique real estate office located on upper Monterey Street in San Luis Obispo. Chris currently serves as a Local Director and Foundation Committee member for the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors.

Chris has lived in SLO over 27 years. He went to high school and college here in San Luis Obispo and is fortunate to remain local. Chris and his beautiful wife Jaime will be celebrating their 14 year anniversary in September. With 3 active children, Sawyer (11) Colton (9) and Harper (8) who all attend Los Ranchos Elementary School, they are actively involved within the community. They enjoy camping, sports, dance and being together with family and friends in their free time.
