San Luis Obispo is the heart and soul of the Central Coast and Adobe RealtySM, one of San Luis Obispo's oldest real estate brokerages, is at the hub of its vibrant core in the historic Sauer-Adams Adobe, a Mission-era adobe originally built in 1800 and once part of Mission. Today it is one of the city’s few remaining Spanish-era adobes.

We are a 30 year old family-owned real estate brokerage that actually began operation in 1979 as a United Farm office, the first real estate franchise in town.
Adobe RealtySM covers all of San Luis Obispo County, and provides most real estate services, including sales of homes and land, income units, commercial property, business opportunities and condominiums.
