Company Description

Yoga Vie is located in Vandenberg Village on the outskirts of Lompoc, California on the beautiful central coast, less than a 15 minute drive from the Pacific. Our goal is to create a truly accessible, humble space where the growth and practice each student is the focus. Our hope is that any level of practitioner can come in, be challenged, learn, grow, and feel like their time at Vie is a wonderful way to release stress and develop strength and steadiness in their bodies, hearts, and minds. We are passionate about teaching and helping other people realize their highest potential. We’ve created a studio where all teachers and all styles of yoga are honored and respected, equally. The studio will open 15 minutes before class and close 15 minutes after weekly classes.
